The Superintendent and his leadership team of a Catholic schools system continuously look for ways to expand support and service to the schools within their Diocese. Their desire was to have a well thought-out plan to regularly communicate information about certain areas to key audiences with the goals of increasing student retention, attracting new students, improving student outcomes and enhancing the educational experience.
KAMDEN Strategy Group was engaged to develop and systemize a communications plan with a cadence of messages throughout the school year geared toward various audiences of school family parents, prospective families, pastors, principals, teachers, school board members and donors. Channels and media considered as part of the plan included the schools’ Student Information System platform, social media, parish bulletins, email newsletters and blasts, the website, printed take-home materials and broadcast media.
