Claire brings a wealth of leadership, governance and consulting experience to her work. Founded by her in 2000, she currently serves as President and CEO of KAMDEN Strategy Group, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and business planning. Through her firm she works collaboratively with executives of companies and nonprofit organizations to address business issues with a consultative approach.

Much of Claire’s work has focused on strategy and enterprise planning, succession planning and talent management, and providing advisory services to nonprofit boards. Specifically, she engages the leadership of companies, associations and nonprofits to establish and then drive strategic priorities and transformational plans for scalable and sustainable growth.

Through her personal board roles and corporate background, Claire brings a unique depth and breadth of experience to an organization. She has run insurance business units and served in senior executive roles during her 22 years of corporate experience, has been a business owner for 20 years, and has served on corporate and nonprofit boards for over 25 years. She is skillful in facilitating and leading initiatives involving complex challenges and a variety of constituents. She has led teams advancing public/private collaboratives to leverage resources and solutions for community-wide impact.

Claire is currently on the Board of Directors of APPostolic, Inc. serving as Secretary, and is a member of the Chicago Council for the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago. She earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a BA from Ripon College, and holds a certificate from the Women’s Director Development Program, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
